The Brief

Incentive events are as rewarding for us to deliver as for winners to receive, so we were thrilled to work with a leading global corporate for over a decade to deliver their annual incentive programme. Over the years, this exclusive experience for top sales performers evolved into a branded reward scheme open to all corporate functions.


The TTA Experience

Over the years, we created unique and memorable experiences for over 600 award winners, and developed an incentive brand that was highly valued and expanded its reach across the company.

Activities and destinations ranged from experience days in exclusive London locations and golf on some of the UK’s most prestigious courses, to desert safaris in Dubai, catamaran racing in Cannes and shopping in the souks in Marrakech.

We hand-picked atmospheric accommodation, and arranged dinners and award ceremonies with a difference in diverse settings from Kensington Palace to a tepee, with entertainers and performance artistes to make the event even more memorable.

To build a sense of anticipation and make dreams come true, we applied meticulous logistical planning, inspiring communications and attention to the finest detail.


The Outcome

Rave reviews year on year helped cement the popularity of the programme and raised the internal profile of the award scheme. We continuously developed and enhanced the programme to keep the concept fresh, current and enticing. The expansion of the award beyond sales to other corporate functions added a new dimension to the programme, and engaged and motivated a wider cross-section of the client’s employees.
