The heartbeat of TTA has always been our exceptional people. So, it’s a genuinely proud moment to celebrate two of our colleagues, Chloe Painter and Kimberley Knight, who’ve been recognised with prestigious event industry awards that spotlight the very best emerging talent.
C&IT A List win for Chloe

Project Director Chloe was selected from hundreds of candidates in February to be one of just 35 outstanding young event professionals named to the 2026 C&IT A List.
Industry heavyweights on the judging panel looked for clear evidence of agency impact, creativity and leadership potential, and Chloe shone across the board, earning her place in this year’s cohort.
Client Relationship Director Katie Caldwell isn’t surprised in the slightest: “Chloe is a highly impressive healthcare events specialist and a true solution-finder who has progressed rapidly at TTA. She has strong client instincts and delivers outstanding results with passion and professionalism, always championing teamwork and contributing meaningfully to TTA’s success.”
Kimberley tops Tomorrow’s Talent
And Chloe isn’t the only one with exciting news. Our other shining star, Senior Project Manager Kimberley, rose above the competition to be named by The Meetings Show as one of only 10 event professionals under 30 to win Tomorrow’s Talent 2026.

A talented healthcare events professional, Kimberley impressed the judges with her track record of delivery, her calm approach to solving challenges, the way she connects with people, and the all-round potential she brings to our industry.

TTA Head of Strategy & Growth Initiatives Kayli Gore explains: “Kimberley hit the ground running with exceptional project delivery from day one at TTA. She combines natural client ability with a detail-driven approach, and she’s amazing at growing relationships. Kimberley cultivates trust and is generous with her time, building a strong ‘one team’ mindset across colleagues, partner agencies and clients alike.”
Our unique TTA spirit
We are a passionate, people-first agency, and Chloe and Kimberley are exactly the kind of event professionals we feel privileged to nurture and support within our close-knit team, and through our in-house mentorship programme. They reflect the collaborative spirit, strong culture, and empowered team ethos that continue to make TTA dynamic, responsive, and human at its core.

An exciting future
Says TTA MD Roger Price: “We celebrate the team at TTA, but just as importantly, we create space for individuals to shine within our collective success. Awards like these are more than a moment in the spotlight, they’re a reminder of what’s possible when talented people are trusted and encouraged to lead”.
“Chloe and Kimberley have made us very proud, and we can’t wait to see what the next chapter holds as they embark on their winners’ programmes with our full support,” he adds.
