We are working hard to drive sustainability as a business and are delighted to share the latest progress in our journey, with two significant milestones reinforcing our commitment to responsible business practices.

Shaping Our Approach

Sustainability and social value shape everything we do at TTA, from prioritising our people and supporting our communities to reducing environmental impact through smarter, data-led delivery.  By working with ethical partners and embedding responsible practices across our business, we not only protect people and planet, but drive meaningful, long-term value for our clients and our continued growth

EcoVadis Award

Our approach includes regular assessments with one of the world’s leading sustainability rating frameworks, EcoVadis, and this year, we are proud to have been awarded a Bronze EcoVadis Medal, highlighting our position as a recognised leader in sustainable event practices.

The award places us in the 68th percentile and within the top 35% of companies globally, reflecting positive momentum in our sustainability management and impact.

SBTi Validation

Alongside this in our efforts to minimise our impact on the planet, our carbon reduction targets have been officially validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). This is an important step in demonstrating our commitment to science-based climate action, ensuring that our emissions reduction targets are aligned with global climate goals and supported by a clear pathway to net zero.

Reducing Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions by 42% by 2030 from a 2023 baseline, while also measuring and reducing Scope 3 emissions across our value chain.

Reaching net zero by 2050, including a 90% reduction in Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions from a 2023 base year – demonstrating a long-term commitment to meaningful environmental impact.

Driving Progress Together

TTA Sustainability Team

These latest milestones represent another important step along our sustainability journey in the opinion of TTA Operations Director Julie Lewendon.

“Together with our own actions and strong collaboration with partners, including our inspirational clients and our sustainability associate Worlds Better, this acknowledgement from leading industry bodies reflects clear progress in helping us deliver more sustainable events and exhibitions.

We have a dedicated working group of fantastic team members focused on driving and embedding sustainability across our client work and our organisation, and we will continue to prioritise this going forward as we recognise there is always so much more to do,” she adds.
