We prioritise the wellbeing and rights of our employees, clients and the communities in which we operate.
We offer fair wages and benefits, maintain a diverse and inclusive workplace, and support community development projects and our nominated charity partner, Shine Connect.
We aim to lead the conversation on sustainability, both with our clients and within our industry; this positioning was formalised by the appointment of a dedicated Sustainability Officer in early 2023.
We provide sustainability education and training to all our employees on an ongoing basis, as well as a year-round calendar of sustainability initiatives.
Planet
We continuously look for ways to decarbonise our own business operations and the events we deliver on behalf of clients and offset any unavoidable emissions.
We use a data-driven process to minimise adverse environmental impact (waste, pollution, resource consumption) up and down the value chain.
We operate sustainable sourcing from ethical suppliers and promote lower-impact practices throughout the value chain.
We track and report on sustainability metrics including carbon footprint, resource consumption and waste diversion rates, and use this data to improve our sustainability performance over time.
Prosperity
Financial sustainability is at the root of any company’s purpose: we help to drive prosperity for our business, our employees, our suppliers and our clients by generating value through experiences in a responsible and ethical way.
Sustainability presents opportunities for us to operate more efficiently, drive cost savings through reduced resource consumption, mitigate risks, innovate our service delivery and enhance our reputation – all of which support our long-term financial resilience and managed growth.
